Randy H. Schwantes is an independent consultant and a 25 year veteran of process improvement related programs. His career has included assignments ranging from program development, to leader- led training, to in-dealership consulting, to overseeing the launch of large programs involving national dealer networks.

His client portfolio includes a mix of import and domestic brands, luxury and non-premium. Many have been SSI/CSI focused and some equally focused on pure business results. He has been involved with Programs that have touched as many as 1,150 dealerships and 7,000 participants…… or worked successfully with a small group of pilot dealers.

These programs have been successful in dealing with many of the issues facing OEM’s and dealers alike, such as owner retention, improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, improved sales and service business results, facility improvements and a variety of service programs relating to both repairs and efficiency.

From strategic solution development and delivery, to national rollouts and sustainment, Mr. Schwantes and his staff have helped address many major performance related issues through applying proven core principles.
